Neil Roberts1 StarOn 25 Jan 21 Joel installed a bosch greenster 8000 gas boiler .After a few weeks I found water under the boiler.. I phoned Joel and he came straight away .It was not the boiler but the washing machine.I asked Joel to come and service the boiler ,as they have to be serviced every 12 months to maintain the guarantee, he agreed By 9 March 22 I had not heard from Joel so I texted
him and then phoned him on 10 March 22..He said he needed to service a neighbour in a few weeks and he will do me them..By 14 April I had heard nothing .I texted Joel and he texted back"hopefully will be able to see you next week:" By 28 April I had heard nothing .so I phoned Tower heating in Formby .They sent an engineer the extra dayFriday 29th April 2022
