Contacted them this morning after having no heating or hot water for nearly a week and been let down by other company, they explained they had a full day but would see what they could sort for us, by 12pm we got a phone call to say they were 5 minutes away, top lads, Very professional and go above and beyond. Great the fact they actually talk to you while working and explain everything instead of just saying "all finished" like others do. Highly recommended to anyone.
