We could not be happier with Alect! They carried out an inspection on a faulty electric fire. When they couldn’t repair it they quickly sourced an alternative and fitted it without delay. Communication was friendly and efficient at all stages of the process. Great job done - thank you!

We had a leak coming through the ceiling and needed sorting urgently, a lovely chap turned up and solved the problem causing no damage to ceiling what so ever which was expected. He sorted the problem from above within no time at all very reasonably priced also would definitely be recommending to others

Very professional company. Organised the initial Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) within a few days from my initial enquiry. EICR was very thorough, as you would expect. Report was generated and returned within a few working days (as stated). When informing me of remedial work (required to pass the EICR), along with the comprehensive PDF report, I received an email with the list of failures was detailed in a bullet-point list in clear and in easy-to-understand terms. Each item was priced and made it simple and clear what was needed, no messing around. Once agreed, work was booked in and carried out within a few weeks - many thanks.
