Tracey Spraggon2 StarI was quoted £414 to put a small fence up and to repair my gate Kevin arrived and put the fence up but could not fix the gate as bricks were crumbling he then said I will go away and see what I can do and send a quote out which was going to cost another 200 + on top so I said just leave the gate so for a very small fence I have paid £414 absolutely disgusting below is a picture of the fenceTuesday 4th July 2023

Consequently, she asked for quotes for a number of other jobs, explaining that she couldn't have them all done together, it would depend on price.
However, the quote provided was for ALL the jobs together. She rang to ask for itemised quotes. They said they were busy, but would get back to her.
After some months, both I and then my husband rang to chase up. Instead of telling us they didn't want the jobs, we were repeatedly fobbed off with 'it will be with you soon'.
Guess what. No response. Unreliable and dishonest.Monday 27th March 2023

The engineer came, broke something in the boiler and then told me I had to pay for the replacement which I have had no choice but too as my tenants cannot be left without hot water and heating due to it being winter. The work was supposed to be carried out 18/11/2022. It was to be a general service of the boiler.Once the engineer had broken the piece I was told one story 18/11/2022 and a different one 19/11/2022 He broke it. £300 later I am then told this was for the part, labour (more time in his van then at the property) and I am then I am told I have to pay for another service on the boiler. I’ve now just received a call from my tenants to confirm that the boiler doesn’t work, they have no heating or hot water 2 weeks after a job they completed. Needless to say we won’t be coming back to this company as this is shoddy workSunday 4th December 2022

Even called the next day to reassure me on a point I did not understand.
