We paid for a gas inspection for my mom house (vulnerable and in her 70’s) and they condemned the boiler, they recommended a new one they could install for £2,700. We got two independent and verified gas engineers out to check if this was correct and they both seemed the boiler safe. Make sure you get someone else out to verify if they try the same level of customer care with you…

We knew Assured was a good company so we booked them to install a new boiler for us a few weeks ago. They turned up on time, the engineer was friendly, the installation was really neat & it was an overall good job. The office staff were very professional and they registered the boiler immediately, as we had our paperwork with a week. The cost was very reasonable, so we will always use them in future. Thank you Assured 👍

Simon and Rich attended my property today to install a new boiler. I had been delaying this for ages as being on the third floor of an apartment block, British gas had previously put the fear of God in me as to what was involved. Fortunately my cousin recommended Assured plumbing, gas and electrical Ltd. From Neil coming to give the quote to the ladies in the office and finally Simon and Rich , they all made me feel so much better and lived up to their name by assuring me all the way. The guys worked so hard today and did a fantastic job. I will be using them in future and would definitely recommend them.

My boiler went on the blink last week Thursday 20th July 2017. I am renting the flat I live in and reported this issue to my agents on the very same day, unfortunately I received no response from my agents until this morning. My agents arranged for Assured Plumbing Gas & Electrical Ltd to visit my flat today 24thJuly 2017 (emergency) I received a phone call from Assured prior to the time scheduled to confirm address, this immediately put my mind at ease as this confirmed they were on there way..! Upon arrival till departure the Customer Service was Impeccable, the gentleman made me feel at ease and just got on with the job. Once the gentleman established the fault, he explained what had caused it and kept me in the loop through out the process. If you are looking for a Professional, Friendly and Efficient service, I would 100% recommend Assured Plumbing Gas & Electrical Ltd. From a Very Happy Customer (WS1) 😊

I wouldn’t touch them again with a 5ft pole, or recommend them to anyone so dear to me. The installation started falling apart the very day it was installed. Extraction fan fitted do not extract any droplet. I paid huge some of money to get it installed.
