The crew that did the fitting were professional and a delight to have round the house (which was left clean and tidy, with radiators well balanced, when they left). Phil spent a couple of hours with us checking everything out and identifying a couple of faults. He helped us to understand the system and feel more in control. After a couple of days we identified another issue but Phil was able to help us with this over the phone. Ian Burniston5 StarCan't recomend these highly enough. Boiler stopped working during a cold spell recently, they can round very quickly to investigate. Gave a repair option and a replacement option, with genuine pros and cons of both. We went for the replacement and they did it quickly and efficiently. Then even more importantly, they came back very promptly to sort out a minor issue very promptly, free of chair. Great stuffTuesday 1st February 2022
