Dan rectified the issues, replaced the broken parts at very reasonable price. Dan is extremely thorough and serviced my boiler and did a pressure drop test to ensure gas tightness and explained to me every step of the way what he was doing. He knows his stuff, and is very tidy. He is always extremely helpful and his communication is excellent. An absolute gentleman who always does his very very best to help. Lucian Epifanio5 StarOur Boiler wasn't working, I had called a few other places but they were asking for extortionate prices for "diagnostics" alone, I had called Beeston Heating, I received a swift response and call out time! Once the problem was diagnosed, Dan was very friendly and informative, he explained what the issue was and which part of the boiler needed replacing, this took less than 30 minutes, low and behold Heating and Hot Water was finally back! He also gave useful additional advice for future reference. Extremely satisfied with this service and would recommend!Thursday 20th January 2022
