After I thought he was going to repair/replace boiler heard nothing back from him, sent him numerous messages on Watts app and red them all, but no reply... Kanayo Eruchalu5 StarI needed someone local to come out fast to check a leak that was getting worse in our shower. I contacted Nick on a Sunday and he came out the same day to find out what was wrong.
Nick systematically eliminated all the probable causes of the leak, including a blocked drainage which we had to get someone else in to fix. Not only did he fix the leak in the pipes but he corrected a number of mistakes in the original shower installation.
His work was excellent and his control of the mess and subsequent cleaning was exemplary. His courtesy and politeness made it a pleasure to deal with him. I will definitely contact Nick again for any future plumbing issues.Friday 26th March 2021

My Dad's boiler broke the week before Christmas. He said he'd had two sleepless nights worrying about whether he would be able to get it fixed. It was not having hot water that was challenging for him.
My dad is 84 and independent but when a boiler goes the week before Christmas it is stressful. I am so happy you were able to find time in your schedule to fit the new boiler for him when I know it's a busy time of year for you. Thank you so much for doing this.Friday 1st January 2021
