John Carr5 StarWe contacted CD Northage to install a radiator in our kitchen. One of the Directors called to measure up and discuss options for installing pipework. The engineer and apprentice arrived exactly on time and talked through the job to make sure everything was clear. the new pipework and radiator were installed quickly with very little disturbance and the guys cleaned up and vacuumed so our house was spotless before they left.
We're planning a new bathroom and en suite in the future and will definitely be asking CD Northage to carry out the work. 10/10 serviceSaturday 30th March 2024
Colin Screaton5 StarExcellent service from the staff at Northage. We had a problem with our shower booster pump and Samantha kept us in touch with the progress and Ashley carried out a speedy replacement. Only just over a week from my contact to completion. Well done.Friday 17th November 2023

kaye johnson5 StarExcellent family run plumbers.
Nothing is too much trouble for them, giving excellent service and definitely value for money.
We had a new boiler fitted 2 years ago and it was a lot cheaper than the quote given by a much larger country wide company!
Would strongly recommend them to everyone.Saturday 5th April 2014
Lucy Pope1 StarI have had a terrible experience with this company! I booked an appointment for them to service my boiler and asked my mother to pop round as I work full time. I was told by my mum that the engineer was there for an hour and a half, banging around and talking to himself. He then announced that he could not put the boiler back together and was prepared to leave my house with it disassembled! He had my poor mum on the phone calling my cousin (who is a heating engineer) to come round to do it for him. When my mum could not get through he did eventually manage to reassemble it. To make matters worse he then pressured my mum into agreeing to pay extra for a landlords gas safety certificate by telling her I would not get any proof my boiler had been serviced (which is not what I was told when booking the appointment). When I called the company to complain I was just told ‘he had had a stressful morning’. I’m sorry but this really doesn’t cut it when I’ve had my elderly mother calling me at work distressed by his behaviour!! Don’t waste your money on these cowboys!Sunday 11th November 2018
