I called Chameleon last night at 20.40 as my boiler had stopped working. Colin, the engineer, was knocking on my door at 08.20 this morning, assessed the boiler, went and picked up a new part and came straight back to fix it. It’s 09.30 and he’s just left after having replaced it! My boiler is now back up and running and I couldn’t have asked for a better service! After being told that there is a 10 day wait for an emergency appointment by British Gas, these guys have made sure we have heating for Christmas! Thank you so much, I will definitely be keeping their number in my phone!

Swift response to come fix a leak on our boiler. Received a text in advance to notify me of arrival time, showed me what need to be done and had it fixed in a quick and tidy fashion. Superb service by Larry the engineer.

Really good service. Colin diagnosed our boiler issue within about 10 mins and was back the next morning with the parts to fix it. Took less than an hour overall.

Called the team out a few times for different problems regarding boiler and heating issues. Always got a fast response. Very professional service and very thorough in their investigation to resolving the problem. Would recommend the service.
