Complete P&H couldn’t have been more helpful! They responded quickly and efficiently to a boiler service request for my 83 year old mother who was trying to sell her house. Excellent Service, very professional and friendly, we moved to Peterborough and we had issue with our heating, 1st and 2nd floor no heating and no hot water in the house, we found Complete Plumbing & heating online and called Darren, Darren came to our property the same day that we called, He gave us a good prize on part and we love his labour cost and he fixed the issue within 1hr. Would highly recommend.

Darren was very professional and provided excellent customer service. I messaged at night and he responded really fast. After exchanging some messages I was given a breakdown of the parts cost and labour costs for my problem. Compared to other companies, who quoted me much higher costs without breakdown, this is an honest business which I will continues to use. I will also be recommending to friends and family. Businesses out there need to learn from this: Honest pricing = long term customers + many referrals.
