**This is feedback from our service middle of last year so hopefully things have changed** As we were new to Malvern we were highly recommended to use Culina Balneo from our good friends who have used them for years. Firstly it’s very confusing as we were told they are called Orillo (another confusing name) but they must have changed there name. We walked through which must be the trade side of the business (Orillo) to be met by a elder tall gentleman who was more interested by his mobile phone than us the customer and was politely told by him they had a wider selection of kitchen taps in there showroom upstairs. This is where it got a lot worse, the lady with blonde hair really couldn’t have given more of a cold shoulder if she tried , she fobbed us off because we only wanted taps not a complete kitchen or that is the impression she had given at the time, the place is a lovely showroom but it was very cold & felt empty. We were told that “the lads downstairs would probably have some old stock they can show you” charming we thought. This is where the experience got a lot better , we spoke to a young man smartly dressed in the bathroom department who was serving a plumber at the time but still took the time to speak to us as we looked lost. He rang through to the trade counter & a another young man with tattoos came through to help us. I didn’t catch his name but he took the time to really help us , he asked us right away what type of tap , style & price range we were looking at , he offered us a great looking very modern kitchen tap & showed us in the book the price & said because they buy them in nil they could offer me a better reduced price. I wish I had taken the mans name so I could name him on here. Real good old fashioned service really went out his way to help us & when another member of staff came in we all had a laugh about something I can’t remember together. May little independent firms like this employ staff with real knowledge & understanding of there products continue. Overall Very pleased with my purchase.
