Our elderly warm air heating system needed a repair and service. Martin and his colleague arrived in good time and carried out the work very professionally. They were also able to offer some advice as to how the current installation could be improved which I will be acting upon. Obviously I will be using this company from now on and am happy to recommend them.

A lady serviced my mother's boiler and at the time we thought had done a good job. She thought the pump was on it's way out so booked another visit for this to be carried out. The lady plumber said to use the central heating as normal in the meantime. However, mum's central stopped working or at least was hardly working, she called DC Heating to explain but was told no one could come out sooner that the planned second visit. A different person came to replace the pump and put chemicals in the system to help with the flushing out. Since then mum's heating packed up altogether. She called and got the impression they weren't going to be helpful and her insight proved correct. For a third time someone came out but after mum reminded him the service book had not been completed he packed his bags and left! I think to knowingly leave a 78 year old with no heating when the temperatures took a dip recently is disgusting. So, mum has paid for a boiler service but has no proof, has a new pump but no guarantee and chemicals left in her system which we understand can't be left in indefinitely and a central system that does not work. Use this company at your peril.
