Very impressed with the service form this company. Thought my boiler was expired but company suggested a solution, replaced PCB with reconditioned PCB and did a few other jobs. Gave us clear information and pricing and also a general overview of state of boiler as a whole. A quick, clear and well priced service. Will use again.

The boiler in one of my properties was broken on Saturday night. I have managed to get someone to come in to replace the broken pipe on Sunday, but the gas engineer didn’t thoroughly check the problem. As a result, the boiler was broken again after just 3-hours’ running. Some of my colleagues have recommended David A. Farrer Ltd. I phoned them the first thing on Monday morning to try to arrange a visit. Despite the rather short notice during a hectic time of the year, the amiable lady over the phone helped to arrange David to come over in the afternoon. David came in and fixed our problem straight away. He did a good throughout service for our boiler. He gave a full explanation of what he was doing and was happy to answer any question we have. It turned out the gas engineer we have been used for the last four years has never done a proper boiler service for us, which in turn could cause us much bigger damage if we didn’t get to David. In the end, David did an excellent job by fixing our problem at a very reasonable price. We are very happy with the professional and friendly service provided by David. We have now booked David to service our boiler in another house and will be contacting him again for future plumbing work. I would definitely recommend David A. Farrer Ltd to friends and family.
