The quality of the initial customer service and installation of the log burner was fabulous. However, the communication after this point was really poor and left me really annoyed. It was nearly impossible to contact the team: Which is a shame as the finished product looks good and works well.

Bought a fireplace but after delivery found noises coming from fan, l have had it for two months now, have spoken numerous times to the manager, left messages (when l could as voice mailbox full on many calls) even had someone call in the showroom 3 times asking for someone to fix the problem! Still waiting for the promised return calls! Their after sales service leaves a lot to be desired! Will update daily as return call today not received!

We were looking for a nice fireplace. After unsuccessfully visiting a lot of shops around Cardiff, we decided to try this shop. We were welcomed and Matt listened to what we wanted. He actively recommended the right fireplace and came to visit our house to make sure it was adapted to our chimney and do all the measurements. After ordering it, the installer came quickly and did a really good job. Everything was clean and well fitted. After a month, we really enjoy having an nice fireplace. Thank you Matt!
