mohammed nadeem5 StarEngineer today attended 2 of my properties. He did service on my landlord property. My tenant wasn't there but he patiently waited 15 minutes for tenant to be there and then completed the service.
Same engineer then came to our house on same day and fixed a fault with hot water and heating. Now we have our hot water and heating working again. Brilliant engineer, thanks for getting our home warm again.Monday 12th February 2024

However, they've managed to fix it with a new part and have had no qualms about returning to fix the issue despite this probably leaving them out of pocket. Eric Peters1 StarHad a boiler service booked in with fixx between 8am & 5pm, no specific slot in fact no slot at all because they didn't ever turn up, couldn't be bothered to contact or update us on events. We rang them twice & were literally brushed off, & they didn't even have the courtesy to reply to our answere phone message after their lines closed at 5pm.
