Will is a brilliant engineer, not only did he do a fantastic job installing our solar thermal system & integrating it with our boiler & heating, but he also carried out a repair to one of the solar panels. I have had Will from Furnace Plumbing & Heating Services work on a few my boilers on the 3 rental properties we have and every time, he did a fantastic job and did not have to come back to do the same job again Will is one of the most reliable and trustworthy tradesman I have worked with. I have been a landlord for 20 years and I own a a few properties in the area. I have had so many encounters with heating engineers/plumbers, but Will by far have done the best quality and best price job. I have had boiler issues where an engineer fixed it and a couple months later, the same problem happened again. I have had an engineer service all my boilers, only to breakdown a month later. With Will, it never happens. Will installed a new boiler that I bought myself for a 6 bedroom rental property on November 2019. the first heating company that came, backed out because it was too big a job and he couldn’t the job . At that time of the year, it was not easy to find an engineer that would just do the installation; normally it’s a package deal, where you have to buy the boiler and pay for labor from the company. Very few company will just charge for boiler installation. But Will did it and he spent the whole day doing it and charged us for labor very reasonably, £600 . I paid £2800 for the new boiler, so Will save me over £600 since the 3 companies that I got quotation for was going to charge me between £4,000-5,000 for the boiler and installation. The boiler to this date is still working perfectly well. I could tell more pleasant experiences with Will, but this review is already long enough. Bottom line, I’m done searching for a heating engineer/plumber . Furnace Plumbing and Heating Services is my go to company from now on for any heating/plumbing work. I wouldn’t use anybody else. In fact, this week, they are doing the gas safety check and boiler service for 3 of my properties . Thank you Will and Anna for always giving the best and honest service . We need more honest, competent and reliable company like you.

A fantastic small family company that is responsive and more importantly for me, did a complicated task in minimal time with no fuss whatsoever. Very highly recommended and will certainly use again when my heating (solar) requires its service next year.
