Ian Lynch5 StarHereford Heating responded quickly to my emergency call when my boiler broke down. They sent an engineer who helped diagnose the problem and managed to get the boiler working again to a degree. His recommendation was to replace a potential defective component to make a full repair.
I authorised this and they ordered the spare part, which arrived quickly and they were able to get my problem sorted.
Graham the engineer was very polite, friendly and professional. His knowledge of the system was superb and his diagnosis was spot-on.

Each of them went out of their way to get the job done as quickly and painlessly as possible, brilliantly dealing with last minute logistical complications. Margaret Joel1 StarWe have used this company for a few years to service boiler & gas fire, usually quite happy. However we have had a problem. Last following boiler service we had no hot water. We had to call out again & pay again. A part was broken, was replaced & we were told it was a coincidence. We accepted that then. We have recently had the boiler serviced & again had no hot water following this service. Having paid another £118 call out fee we were told the same part was broken, needed to be replaced & were told yet again it was a coincidence, this despite the replaced part being less than 12 months old. I would have thought the part should still be under warranty. I wrote to the company to ask about this & have not even had the courtesy of a reply.Monday 19th February 2024

The next morning Rob came out to have a look and I had a very detailed quote the following day with a couple of options to get us going. Knowing our situation without heating & hot water and with a young family they managed to start work reasonably soon. Rich & Yakob who installed our new boiler system were incredible, they really are a credit to the business. Excellent customer service from everyone on the team.
