We have just had some work done by Horsforth Heating Solutions, which was a replacement Worcester Bosch boiler, 2 x of our own new radiators fitted in 2 x bedrooms and a new internal system for our Lauren Pro downstairs toilet. I would just like to say how professional this company is. Benjamin and Tom are are passionate on customer service and will always reply to queries and emails very quickly. I think this company deserves a '6 star' rating if possible. We contacted Benjamin about our requirements, and Tom came to do a site visit. Tom is very helpful, friendly and understanding and will help any way they can. He listened to our requirements and offered alternatives even when we thought we would have a problem with the outside flue stack from the boiler and offered the correct boiler for our needs. Tom gave us a quote within a few days, with no pressure for us to make an immediate decision. Cory and Frankie came to fit the new boiler and take out 4 of the small radiators from the 2 bedrooms to replace with 2 new ones we bought previously. These lads are great and a credit to Horsforth Heating Solutions, they completed the job professionally, they have respect for your property, being clean at all times, corrected some heating pipes that were wrong (from a previous different company) and overall a pleasure to have in your house. Their knowledge of heating systems is second to none and will explain anything and everything you need to know on how your system works efficiently. They were here for 2 full days and everything is now working perfectly, the house feels more warm than it used to. Mick came out a few days ago to sort out our Lauren Pro toilet internal system, he explained everything that he had done and what the differences were, replaced the parts with efficiency and now this is too working better than before. I have very high praise for Horsforth Heating Solutions, all I can say is 'phone or email them', you won't be disappointed with the professional service this company supplies. We certainly would not go anywhere else, if we have any problems HHS will be the first people to call for help. Keep up the good work guys, you really deserve to do well in your business. Also...we were surprised when a lovely bunch of flowers were delivered to our address from a local florist in Horsforth yesterday from HHS, what a lovely 'thank you' for being a customer.

We have just had a new boiler and cylinder fitted by this business. Service was absolutely brilliant. Corey and Connor were clean, tidy, organised and very professional. They were also training 2 apprentices and the 4 of them worked well as a team and worked extremely hard the whole time. They kept me updated with what was happening. I would highly recommend them - they all deserve a pay rise!

From a quick appointment. As we needed boiler checking as we had just moved in for safety. Boiler serviced. Questions answered clearly. Feel a lot safer now that bit is done. Just the hive to fit and gas fire service to be done now. Excellent all round service

Mick the engineer from Horsforth Heating was outstanding in fixing my boiler. A rare bird in this industry - knowledgable, kind and HONEST. They simply want to help get the job done without trying to overcharge you. And much credit to Tom and Ben for providing a friendly service over the phone. I will certainly be using you again. Highly recommend Horsforth Heating Solutions. They were recommended to us last year when we bought a house, so we used them for a gas inspection. Today, we needed to call them out urgently to fix a leaking water pipe issue in the bathroom. In both instances, they have been brilliant to deal with, for several reasons. They can be reached very quickly by phone. The service is extremely fast when needed - today for our emergency plumbing job, they were booked for this afternoon but the engineer arrived within half an hour of my initial call. We also know of other people with emergency issues, where they have responded within an hour or two. They charge reasonable prices and are completely up front - the experience as a customer is that they charge only what they need to, and they actually find ways to avoid over-charging. On the phone today, Ben indicated the likely cost, but also a "reasonable worst case scenario". Abolutely superb company to deal with - a rare find.
