Visited to finalise a kitchen design and decide upon colours etc. Small showroom but well equipped and the big display screen was very helpful. Their system allows for changes to be visualised quickly and the designer allowed us to take our time and try combinations without any pressure. All in a socially distanced way. Would recommend.

We had a Howdens kitchen that we fitted with our joiner using the Bourne depot, we found them excellent to deal with and recommended our daughter and son in law use Howdens. They live in Ashbourne but used the same joiner to help fit the kitchen. We noticed the the kitchen draw runners were nothing like the same quality which was one reason they chose to go to Howdens. When it came to fitting the worktops our joiner found they hadn’t supply enough worktop to enable to joint the corners. This was were it went from bad to worst, we needed a four meter worktop that they couldn’t supply nor were they interested in helping resolving the problem despite all the measurement and drawings were done by them. One person in the Ashbourne depot suggested putting a join halfway down a straight run. Unfortunately the joiner had to come back another day costing them more money.(200 Mike round trip) Avoid the Ashbourne depot they are not up to the standard and don’t stand by there drawings nor offer to pay for the extra days fitting costs.
