We keep getting calls from the office managing our to offer their services, when ask for a quotation for a bulk order and the best they can do. When we do a comparison with others its more expensive and additional the price between different branches is also different. We are doing a complete development and have found the service not interesting to get supplies from. Order delivered as arranged.The two items not available were delivered two days later and alterations we made were all available from stock or the following day so the whole experiance was as expected. The plan work well and all the staff gave great service. Every time I come in, you seem to be more expensive than other establishments, I have to ask you to lower your prices, for example, my recent purchase, your price £13 wickes £9 and I get 10% off, thus becoming £8.10. However you sort of matched the price at £8.16. If you really was on the traders side I wouldn't need to ask for a reduction!!!!!!! Therefore, for me a rip off unless I ask, I shouldn't need to ask, you should be competitive. I went to another branch and got the manager deal on some doors. I think all the special deals should be the same in every branch so that all your customers can pick up the materials from any branch as it's not convenient for everyone to get back to their own branch. Regards from the management team ECONOSECURE. Showed the assistant at the counter the exact kitchen i wanted like for like as display and bought, but when i was installing realised i had the wrong handles when i when back to change handles was asked to pay extra, but i had already quoted customer so did not have the budget, i asked for a discount as i believe this was not my fault and we should shear the cost but was refused anything more than my standard discount and had to pay for new handles. Not happy with service at this branch at all.

I have been coming to howedens for the last 10 years. I have bought many customers to this branch and have helped them generate a fair few sales over the years. Paid cash for most my sales and any credit raised against the account has been paid straight away. Now, one customer ordered a kitchen in 2022. A lot of items where missing from the order. Not a problem as this is expected from majority of kitchen suppliers. We simply went in store and told them items where missing and these are normally replaced. For some unknown reason the person behind the counter, who I believe has since left the company, charged these missing items to my account without telling me or letting me know he had done so. 1 year later and with no prior notification I was sent a invoice for the missing items. Upon receiving the invoice I went straight to the branch to question it. They told me they will look into it and give me a call. Seems like neither of them things happened as I was sent a summons letter 3 months later asking for the invoice amount along with interest. Again, I questioned it with howedens and they said it’s my fault and items where returned by the customer and this that and the other. I paid the invoice and the interest out of frustration as I don’t like debt especially with companies who don’t value people or continued business. I have a few questions which did not get answered due to my frustration. Why did it take almost 1 whole year for this to be bought to my attention? How can you blame a customer for a mistake made by your employee? How was my account debited without me knowing? I would like to think I had created a friendly relationship with the staff at this branch but all that has now changed as I don’t plan to return and will not be sending any future business through howedens. I know, I’m a small fish in a big pond but I thought it is worth while sharing this story with any future potential customers, so they know the pond they are getting into.

Never had any issues with the staff on the counter or the multiple deliveries I have had with the same driver and once from a driver from Halesowen have always been excellent. But the miserable warehouse man who has worked there for years needs a personality transplant. Never offers anything resembling good customer service or ever been polite or courteous.

Bought a kitchen here last year. The planning and design was relatively easy. I was on a tight timeframe so ordered what they said they had in stock. Then had horrendous problems with getting everything delivered - theyd just forget things and had to wait for some things to actually come into stock. Literally ended up with kitchen fitters sitting waiting for products to be delivered halfway through the fitting. After multiple calls, including to head office, I was promised a goodwill payment by way of apology. However, when I went into store, no-one knew anything about it. Multiple calls and no one ever phoned back. I've tried emailing and apparently they have no record of it. They are no longer replying to me. Strangely my order was processed under some random name. Something odd going on. Shame cos the kitchen is nice but I wouldn't recommend based on the service from this branch. Seems they take your money and then don't care.

This branch gave me my order wrong twice. Steve is particularly unhelpful and rude. Makes you wait 15 minutes out in the cold.. Does not check for stock and tells you to call back after a couple of days, which causes delays in getting work done. Would think a company like this would have better customer service.

Just unless service, avoid this depot if possible, people that are working in there doesn't really care about customers, waiting on the rain outside. Spending time for a call and collect and they couldn't find a order. Really disappointed. I hope someone from the top is going to sort it out asap.
