approached Jeff at the show room for advice .He was able to remember our installation after over 11 years and together with help from Paul and Mary in the team together with follow up assistance from Ben at the Office the problem has been resolved. I was astounded to find the issue in question was still covered under the guarantee and help was provided.. The resolution was soon completed thanks to the great work of their expert plumber Dean..
