Jason installed a combi boiler and removed all redundant items and piping. He also carried out a full system flush to remove accumulated sludge and our radiators are definitely more efficient now. Jason completed the registration on our behalf and handed over our paperwork in a folder – very much appreciated. Jason provided an excellent service: he was punctual, hard working, tidy and efficient. He communicated with us at all stages and completed the work in the agreed timescale.

My daughter had a Baxi boiler installed by Wilson blue flame, which stopped working, and Baxi came and stuck notices on “ do not use” Jason came and recognised the problems immediately and rectified them. Unfortunately I had used the same firm to install my Baxi boiler, and when Jason came to service it, he found several problems which he rectified. I cannot thank him enough, he is reliable, comes on time, a lovely young man.

We had a very strange problem with our boiler. It was making a really loud vibration type noise. Jason came round, and worked really hard to find out the root cause of the issue (and it wasn’t an easy one to work out). Not only was it noisy, it was emitting an unsafe level of emissions and had to be temporarily condemned. The original installer hadn’t put the correct flue in. We are very grateful to Jason for fixing it for us, as we’d have had to buy a new boiler otherwise. Highly recommended!

Excellent job, Jason installed the boiler in the loft and installed new radiators. All pipework was hidden, was orginally lying on top of the skirtings so very happy with result. Jason was reliable and professional. All mess cleared up.
