Chris Morgan5 StarThese guys are unbelievable.. My plumber forgot to order the controller (Honeywell Evohome system) over Christmas.. It was just a misunderstanding, it happens..
I ordered it from JTM on a bank holiday evening (plumber arriving the next day for two days) and dropped JTM sales an email asking if I could request express delivery.
The MD replied with half an hour and assured me they would try and I should call the next day, once they were open.
In the end I didn't need to call, they emailed me the next morning, shipment ready to go, with pre midday next day delivery.. DPD just dropped it off at 8:15.
This is what I call service.. I don't buy much plumbing kit, but I will rave about JTM whenever I can..
