I called James from JBB plumbing and he came straight out. He was very honest and advised me that my old boiler had definitely died. He gave me a quote the next day and then fitted a new boiler as soon as it was in. Excellent service!

Called JBB plumbing on a Sunday after a plumbing emergency , they said they could attend in a couple of hours. Arrived as promised but were unable to complete job as needed to get a few bits that were not on the van but they capped off pipe so we were able to turn on water and boiler until they came back. Came back on Tues morning and completed the job. Very pleased with the work done and a very reasonable price. Would definitely use again and recommend to everyone. *****

Following a failure of our boiler on a very cold and snowy Sunday we put calls in to various local and national gas plumbers/breakdown companies. Very few answered the phone and of the ones that did no one was available/interested in attending, until we came across JBB Plumbing and Heating. Clara explained that James was already out on a number of breakdowns due to the weather but would attend at 16:00 that day. True to their word James attended at 16:00 and quickly diagnosed the fault. By 10:00 the next morning we were given prices for various repair/replacement options. We decided on a replacement boiler due to the age of our existing boiler and booked this in for fitting two days later. Again James arrived exactly on time with the new boiler and by the afternoon we had heating and hot water again! He explained the controls very clearly, assisted in registering the boiler for its warranty and left our home very tidy, taking all his waste/packaging with him. We could not be happier with the service we received and will not hesitate in recommending them to our family and friends.

I had to call James out one Saturday evening after our toilet had flooded the bathroom and I stupidly couldn't find the tap to turn the mains off. He came straight round, sorted the toilet out and then showed me which tap under the sink turned the water off. Nothing was too much trouble, even reassuring my child who thought the house was going to fall down! James is a lovely chap and an extremely good plumber. I would without doubt recommend him to all. Calm, efficent and friendly. Thank you James!

James has completed various jobs for me, both personally at my own home and on behalf of the construction company that I work for. Delivering the highest standards in a timely manner, you really couldn't ask for a better service. James's prices are extremely competitive and he's always the first person we call if we're in need of a Plumber orf Gas Engineer. Recently James has completed all plumbing and gas works for the Company on a 5 Bedroom New Build Project and the bathrooms look absolutely fantastic. Great advice and excellent end products. I would definitely recommend his services.
