Went into Jewson Pwllheli today to buy paint and I was served according to my receipt by Ben, I've got to say its been a while since I have been served by such an ignorant person. I put my paint on the counter and said Hiya and he just blanked me and carried on looking at another till screen then barked at me is that all, no hello, thanks, nothing. He needs customer training and soon.

Had the privilege of dealing with these guys on Sat morning. I managed to strip the threads of the bolt for tightening on my cycle rack. Having to load 4 bikes up and running out of time to catch the Dublin ferry I called into Jewson Pwllheli. They sorted me out with a replacement bolt and nut and even gave me the lend of a junior hacksaw to cut the bad bolt out. Thanks a million guys.

Staff and products are excellent. I use their services regularly. My only criticism is that the shelves are sometimes under stocked and product prices are not always clearly displayed. Often no price is shown and I have to enquire at the checkout. Otherwise I recommend this merchant.
