Christine Scippo1 StarHaving used JPT in the past to fix a bathroom leak, we contacted him as we had a leak in our downstairs bathroom. He charged us £150 to simply come out, take a quick look and tell us that the leak was coming from the boiler and not something he could fix. I have never been charged for a quotation before - but £150 for a quick 5 minute inspection is a total rip off.Saturday 11th November 2023
Marie5 StarJohnny was extremely responsive to my call for help with a leaky toilet. This unfortunately proved to be a far more complicated issue involving vermin in the pipework. He was extremely helpful and did a wonderful job in assisting with the issue, finally resulting in a new working toilet. Also an old pipe connected to the system needed replacing needless to say it was carried out very efficiently and at a fair price. Johnny goes above and beyond to help you and is always friendly and professional in his approach. Highly recommendedFriday 22nd September 2023

Came to our aid within half an hour, instantly located the cause of the issue and was speedy and efficient with the repair. He explained everything thoroughly throughout and was fair with pricing. Matthew Jackson5 StarJohnny was incredibly personable and trustworthy to have in the home, and very helpful and conscientious with general questions and observations. He not only did a very thorough job, fixing all radiators and heating via a magnaclean flush, but when we hit a snag with our badly installed old magnaclean filter, he emergency got us a new one and continued the job the next morning to tidy up and fix all the piping and install the new filter. Heating is working excellently now, we will use Johnny as our go to plumber now, he was great for general questions and help throughout too.Sunday 27th November 2022
