I was very disappointed about their service. I found their help to check the boiler leaking. They quickly made an appointment to come and check the leaking and charged £49 for the first checking. I made a further appointment with them after their quotation for the boiler repairing, however, they just reply me they cannot come for several weeks due to some emergency and they don’t have any further follow up action or any response on my case.

I had a small leak from the piping feeding to my washing machine! Bilal came out the next day and sorted the issue within 30 mins. Charged a v fair rate too - 100% would recommend!
