Hi met Mark due to a customer having a serious flood when I arrived at her place. I phoned various numbers and Mark the only one who phoned back , but sadly just after but after I had booked a crook type emergency plumber who I cancelled less than 10mins after I called we had an £85 bill for making that call and got very heavy about payment by phone with in the hour. Mark however was a god send,helped by phone initially was kind & calm despite being run off his feet. . I told my customer how wonderfully helpful kind quick and lovely to deal with Mark had been. He is now due to go and help her with plumbing and electrical work going forward. She too has been let down by trades men repeatedly. I mentioned i had work coming up soon but yesterday I came home to a leak . I phoned Mark and as with all contact made on behalf of Nadia and now myself Mark responds with cheerfulness & speed. Went to great lengths to attend the following morning promptly. Had I not told him it wasn't too urgent he'd have come quicker. He fixed pipe in no time,Mark didn't complain, huff puff or tell me how hard my call has made his day un like others! MARK Super professional, polite, fresh looking, bright knows his stuff, knows how to treat people, does a Very good job and doesn't rip you off unlike the others. He has a can do, will do and does do attitude ! Can't believe we have found him . Thought there must surely be better than we have seen somewhere and we have found the the best we could have ever wished for . Look forward to using Mark very soon for both Electrics and plumbing. AT LAST AN AFFORDABLE GREAT, UN MOODY PLUMBER & NICE RELIABLE PERSON .! THANK YOU !

Fantastic service! We needed a gas and electric test and were faced with a tight deadline. We chose Marc becuase of his reviews and we were not disappointed. Marc was very swift in his communication, was highly efficient in arranging to carry out the tests, and went above and beyond to meet the deadline. He was thorough in gathering the information he required and kept us informed every step along the way, getting the documentation to us the same day as his visit! 😊 In a world where finding a good, reliable tradesman can be a challenge, look no further! His work ethic is second to none and he carried out works required swiftly and well priced. I would recommend Marc to anyone and will definitely be utilising his services again in the future. I noticed a leak in our ceiling and it was, of course, under the bathroom. Even through Marc had a busy day, he was at our house within 30 minutes and found all 5 leaks!!! (Due to poor workmanship in a new build.) He did what he could that day and then came back the following morning with appropriate fittings and fixed the problem. We asked him to come back again a week or so later to check our other bathroom since we could only assume that previous poor plumbing was done there as well, and he did. He was kind, professional, did good work, and I would highly recommend him.

Marc initially came to service our boiler, as it was misbehaving. He has been really tenacious to uncover the faults (which were many and varied). He is really clear and honest with the actions and potential costs he is proposing, always double checking to ensure he doesn’t undertake any work not required. It was also helpful that he is a qualified electrician as well as boiler engineer otherwise I would have needed a second tradesman. Thanks Marc

We've used Keray and Marc for a rental property we manage. Being 90 odd miles away we as a company had to put some trust in finding someone and I'm glad we used Marc. Marc has liaised with our tenants on a few occasions, carried out the work needed and at a fair price and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks!
