Job: replacing old heat only boiler with a Veissmann system boiler. After ringing many heating engineers it was immediately obvious Shaun knew what he was talking about and we spoke at depth of what system I had and what realistically I needed and not to be swayed by oversizing etc like a lot of the “next day” companies were suggesting. Shaun came for a quote and set a great price. The work was carried out beyond expectations as I was fitting a larger system boiler rather than heat only and wanted the pipe work hidden as it’s in the kitchen. Shaun went above and beyond to keep the pipe work so high and tight and took pride in his work. He even designed a better drainage for the water condensation instead of the awful flexi pipe. Sometimes you get a tradesman just right and you can’t believe you nailed it! Top guy and knows his stuff! There’s no rushing to get a job done and move on to the next as he expects perfection too it seems! Thoroughly recommended.

I rang Masterheat for a replacement boiler, Shaun quoted for and carried out the supply and installation of same. I was most impressed with Shaun he was very efficient in providing a quote and once given the go ahead he was very quick to install. He was extremely efficient and professional throughout the entire process and always arrived when he said he would. Shaun has installed our combi-boiler a year ago and just completed the first annual service. I now feel that I have enough experience with the boiler to give an honest review. I’m very happy with the Intergas boiler and Honeywell thermostat we have. More than enough pressure to quickly fill the bath or when taking a hot shower. I used the iPhone App to set up a heating schedule and didn’t have to adjust anything since then. We enjoy the constant temperature around the house, never too hot nor too cold. Condensation on the windows is a thing of the past too. Shaun is a nice person and a true professional. He always showed up on time and did a very neat job with the boiler. I’m happy to recommend his services to anybody who asks me.
