Mums boiler ceased to work, I stupidly did not have maintenance cover. On using google search I came upon MCH, the reviews were positive, therefore I contacted them for help. Office ladies were so helpful and professional, I was able to get an appointment the same day. Engineer surveyed boiler and a new circuit board was required, the part was ordered and it was fitted the following day. The whole experience was made less stressful by the professionalism of all MCH operatives. Communications excellent, price competitive, I have now taken up a maintenance contract, including annual service. Excellent local company, highly recommended.

After twenty-five years, the family house has never felt this warm! I reached out to Merseyside Central Heating Ltd with regards to replacing the original central heating boiler. They were fast, efficient, and priced well. The quality of the work was outstanding with the standout feature being the patched up external brickwork from the previous flue. Other neighbours have had similar work performed, but the brick matching, and pointing was nothing near to this quality!

On initial call the pricing policy was clearly described (and I found it to be competitive). The engineer called in advance of arrival as agreed. He arrived on time. During the visit, he listened to description of fault and additional info and paid attention. He diagnosed problem and tested theory promptly. In short he was punctual, pleasant and effective. A new part was needed, I was presented with, a verbal estimate for work on the spot, I agreed. He collected part from local supplier, and fitted part, and tested the fix successfully. The whole repair process including collection of part took approx 1 hour. I was able to pay by card on completion, and I received a hand-written receipt, followed by a more detailed emailed work sheet. The price was as agreed. On the basis of this experience, I would be happy to use or recommend this service again.
