Francine Warner5 StarThis company is amazing. My fan went on my boiler. Quite an expensive job due to parts and labour. I was planning on going ahead with the work but then covid struck and I wasn't sure if I'd be able to afford it due to being self employed etc. I contacted them to cancel even though I had not heating or hot water until I knew more and they insisted on doing the work for free so that I wouldn't be cold. Made me cry as I have never had something so lovely done for me before. Gave me faith in humanity.Saturday 13th June 2020
