Dan was referred to me by my residential gas man. I own a care home and my 20 odd year old boiler was in need of an immediate replacement as it had developed a dangerous fault that was not repairable. Being a care home providing 24/7 care, we need to have constant heating and hot water in order to function. Dan was well aware of this and prioritised the job and got to work straight away. I had a quote from British Gas and they wanted about £3,000 more to do exactly the same job so I can happily say that Dans price was very competitive. His work on the boiler was outstanding. The site was always left clean and tidy, the job itself looks to be of exceptional quality and the pipework in the attic was done to exceptional quality as well. The boiler developed a minor fault after it was installed. Dan was notified and arrived the same day to sort it out. My staff were very happy with his conduct and told me he was always punctual and professional. Overall, I am very happy with his and his team mates work. They managed to get us back up and running in a very short period of time, which as a business owner, I really appreciate as it relieved the stress and pressure knowing that they had the job in hand. Daniel and Joe came to move an old boiler as part of a home kitchen refurb. They spent three days trying to get it working again, and save us having to buy a new boiler, though the parts we'd need would have ended up costing almost as much as a new boiler (we hadn't realised it was 14 years old, it started falling apart as they moved it so it was always a risk it wouldn't work again). They then gave us a great recommendation for a new boiler, and came back to fit it ASAP, staying late to make sure they got it finished in the same day. They really went above and beyond. Couldn't have been happier with the service.

I have always found Danny and his team to be professional, adaptable and willing with their services. They have a Quick emergency response and prices are competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend modern heating services to any company. Estates manger at the largest independent school in the north west.

After enquiring about having a new boiler fitted; Joe couldn't have been more helpful. He was punctual, professional, clean and tidy and worked really hard to ensure the job was completed within the timeframe allocated. Cannot recommend modern heating services enough!
