Turned up in the time window, knowledgable, warm friendly, respectful, diagnosed problem, fixed problem. My 80 year old mother was hovering round - very polite and great with her. Top bloke. David Moorcroft5 StarNathan was clear about setting expectations up front in terms of his availability and even offered to check the leak via WhatsApp video first to help triage in the meantime.
The day of the repair, he set to work to help unpick the source of the leak and went the extra step to help ensure we had tackled it for good (having been let down by two plumbers previously who hadn’t solved it).
