Domenico Chesham5 StarPaul and Rob were absolutely fantastic. From the start, Paul was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, which is what drove my decision to go with PDL. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had, and went above and beyond - even coming out to sort a leak before the job even started. They arrived right when they said they would and were very punctual. The work was completed to a very high standard, with all waste being removed and the house left clean and tidy. Stephen Smith5 StarPaul from PDL installed a new Combi boiler to replace our old CH boiler/Immersion Heater system over the past two days. Despite finding lead piping carrying both water and gas, Paul had the job tone in time and within budget. The lead pipes were replaced, the damaged gas pipes were replaced and he even installed an extra spur off the gas to serve a new gas hob we're having installed in the future. He and Oliver did a brilliant neat job in both kitchen and bathroom and went above and beyond the original job quoted with a number of extras that he discovered were needed as he went along. Even though I asked him to get these jobs done without asking a price, he added almost nothing to the final bill. Everything was left neat and tidy and he went out of his way to make sure our future works are made easier. I can't recommend PDL highly enough.Wednesday 11th November 2020
