I’ve used Danny several times over the past ten years and he’s never disappointed. Provides a high quality and friendly service and highly competitive on the price. We’ve an old house so things are never straightforward. But he always finishes the job - even if that means working late to get it done. It’s really not worth calling anyone else ! Rod Stazicker3 StarI went with the company as they were responsive to my enquiry to have some radiators replaced. There was a misunderstanding about the quote, but I just that go, even though not my cheapest quote. I thought they would do a better job.
The radiators were fitted quite well, but the towel radiator was fitted in a way that I could not fit towels on.. The brackets too far in.
I queried this and he argued they'd done it like that and not had complaints in 10 years. Seems arrogant to me...
He accused me of being a chancer, trying to get money off.
I ended up paying up and changing the brackets myself.
Oh, and he threatened to void the warranty on the work.

Lil Bessa5 StarYou honestly couldn’t ask for better service. Had a slightly cheaper quote than what Danny provided and so glad I didn’t go with it. The craftsmanship, care and professionalism shown by Dan and his team are worth the extra pennies, without a doubt. You know when they leave, the job has been done to a high standard and you feel that if anything was to go wrong, Dan and the team would be happy to support. Highly recommended and will most definitely be using them in future.
