Well, where do i start. I phoned these young gentleman late on a Friday afternoon with an emergency in my bathroom. Water leaking from every tap and me being useless and the kids wanting baths i was panicking. My usual Plumber guy wasn't answering. Neither were the other 10 that i phoned before these guys. Oh how i wish i called Robert and Shane first time around. Not only did they accept the job on the day, they came out, found the fault, fixed the fault and only charged me half of what i was expecting to pay. Going forward i have recommended this business to friends and family and i'd also urge others reading this to give them i try. What lovely young men. Thanks Guys and all the best. Rob & Shane came recommended by Pete from PPS. We needed a replacement for our ancient Worcester boiler. R&S quickly worked out how to fit the flue in our awkward apartment & gave us a quote the same day, listing out what was included. Shane & Hugo completed the entire job in one day, we were impressed with their organised, tidy and speedy work. They serviced the radiators and left only when they were certain our heating and water worked perfectly. Very happy - highly recommended.
