CL1 StarAWFUL
i rang to book a boiler repair and told the lady that answered the phone what the problem was ,the valve that decides if i am receiving water or heating is not working correctly and it only dispenses hot water when the heating is on.
she said an engineer would arrive a 11.00am , he eventually arrived at one o clock.
To my surprise he did not come to repair the fault but just to tell me what i already knew and he said Chris would have to quote.
i did not receive a quote but a phone call to say it would be expensive because of the washers etc required and then .told me to try Worcester Bosch !!. very rude man. i got the impression he was not interested in doing the repair.
after the engineers visit it was actually worse because i did not receive any hot water at all !!!!.
i then received a bill for £57 , not bad is it to send someone on a visit and then charge £57 for not doing anything. other than sit on the floor making a private phone call.

sparks oraise Wilkins1 StarVery unhappy with the quality of service from this business. When a call out fee was questioned and whether this was for the technicians services for an hour or just arriving at the property the manager was rude to my wife and then hung up on her. When a follow up call was made, no efforts were made to apologise, instead a lecture on speech and grammar was given. I was then hung up on in due course. Disgraceful.Monday 6th November 2017
