Old boiler failed after 23+ years in service and leaked circuit water over the old boiler control unit and utility area. Zack’s quote was cheaper than 2 others supplied his also included the new control unit ( Hive ) and his turnaround from quote to supply and fit was just over 2 weeks compared with 6+ weeks. Work started 08.00 on the fitting day and by 18.30 all work was complete and boiler was in service and house was warm for the first time since old boiler failure. Work areas were all left clean and tidy all waste was removed from site and the following day the old boiler flue outlet hole was bricked by his builder, correct shade brick being used. So thanks Zack and your builder Darren for such a quick and efficient turnaround I am very happy with the finished job.

Zack always responds promptly when contacted. He offers a very good professional service with competitive pricing. Over the past couple of years, he has installed a new gas boiler with a hive system, and dealt with numerous more minor issues for me. I have always been very happy with his service and ability to solve issues. I trust Zack to always do a good job and have no hesitation in highly recommending his service.

Zack and his team are without a doubt the most professional plumbing firm I have ever dealt with. Their work and approach is spotless and methodical without cutting any corners. Our entire heating system was overhauled which included having to remove the whole upstairs floor and run a new gas line form the front of our house. Other firms wanted to run the gas pipe directly around the front of the house to save time which we were not happy with, as it would ruin the house appearance. Zack didn't even suggest doing that and knew the proper way to do it without me even asking and concealed the pipe even though it involved far greater work. The whole job was completed in 48 hours including the install of a Nest smart thermostat and all rubbish cleared from the house. Zack also brought in a bricklayer to patch up the old boiler holes in the wall which I wasn't even expecting. Their quote was also the most competitive of all the other firms that quoted. Would not use any other company. St Ives Heating & Plumbing are now my go to for any future works. Im sure I will be calling them again soon for this house project. Highly recommend for a stress free experience.

What a fantastic company. Zac is super efficient. Lovely and friendly. Explained everything in detail. Totally respected my property and whet above and beyond when I mentioned something else in the house wasn’t quite right he even fixed that! Boiler working perfectly and will definitely be contacting him for next years service.

Zack installed our water softener underneath the kitchen sink. He re-fitted all the plumbing in order for everything to fit and be functional. He was punctual, professional, careful, tidy and friendly. Not the cheapest you can find, but he delivered top quality work that is definitely worth the cost. Highly recommended.
