Absolutely awful service. Spent £350 on building materials. Arranged tradesmen to assist unload and start work. ‘We will deliver on Monday’ ‘We can’t deliver on Monday, it will be Wednesday’ ‘We’ll deliver between 7:30 and 9:00am, it’s the first drop on Wednesday’ ‘The delivery lorry has been in an accident’ ‘We can put the delivery on a van……’ ‘Oh, that delivery…..I’m sorting that out now- do you want it today?’ So my plastering crew turned up to no materials. Off to another job then… So thanks TP that’s the second time you have pulled the ‘accident’ excuse. By the way, a local firm in Tipton agreed a price fully £40 cheaper and delivered in 3 hours. That is customer service. TP are a shower, staffed by incompetents ( you know who you are, sweets) and disingenuous sales and management. I tried to complain on the TP website but that’s hopeless too. Avoid these cowboys and girls at all costs.

Well this is my first time I've ordered from Travis Perkins and it will be my last come to collect a part I've payed for online only to be told it's shut today.A total waste of time and money. I would not mind but I'm on holiday next week so I will not be collecting it now should have stated online it was shut so I would not have bothered
