A minimum one hour charge will apply to attend the property regardless of whether we carry out a repair, installation, inspection or estimate.
Subject to our availability, we carry out free estimates on boiler installation and larger installation work.
An invoice will be provided on completion with a full breakdown of the cost, materials and time on the job.
We accept payment by Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard and AMEX, cash or BACS transfer.
The engineer will carry a card reader for payment on completion of the job.
All materials purchased by the WaterGuys will come with a 1 year guarantee and will be subject to a 20% mark up from the merchant.
Payment is to be made on completion of the job, once the invoice has been provided.

Michael has fitted a replacement combi boiler which was required. Great service, reliable, good prices - what more could you ask for!
