I was hugely impressed by the quality of service received. Communications were prompt and helpful, the job was booked and completed extremely quickly, and all staff were friendly, courteous and efficient. The quotation was very competitive, unexpected issues were dealt with without fuss or any hidden charges. I would recommend Waterworx to anyone and will most likely use them again in the future.

Waterworx was incredibly helpful when I had a boiler lose pressure and needed help evaluating the problem. They scheduled an engineer the next day, arrived promptly, were polite, and showed me where the issues with the system were. They even took time to review my whole system including the oil tank to make sure I knew how it worked. Would definitely reach out to Waterworx again for jobs in the future!

I contacted waterworx on a Sunday after noticing a leak from my boiler. They were recommended by a family member and I can see why. Keith was really helpful on the phone and arrived far quicker than I expected on a Sunday morning. The service from waterworx is more than impressive. I can’t recommend them highly enough and I will be using them again in the near future.

Fantastic service provided by the team. I had a fault on my boiler over the weekend which resulted in requiring a full replacement due to a manufacturer issue. Ashley was round by 8am on Monday, new boiler delivered by Tuesday 10am and fully installed and back up and running by 5pm. Efficient, professional and informative service provided throughout. Would highly recommend!

I have used Waterworx a few times in the last year and would recommend them for the work they did for me, which was a boiler service and a complete bathroom replacement. I really liked how they project managed my entire bathroom replacement - removing the old suite and tiles, plastering walls, fitting electrics, new tiles and fitting new suite and shower, plumbing in a new heated towel rail and arranging removal of waste. I just needed to do the painting. I am really pleased with the result - looks great - top job! Recently I have also used Waterworx to fix a small issue on boiler. Very quick and professional service. Friendly engineer visited next day to assess the issue; online quote sent immediately which was easy to accept on the website. Replacement part was ordered and installed the following day. I was able to pay the invoice online using PayPal – easy!
