JANET KEARSLEY2 StarUnfortunately only 2 stars. The guys are lovely and the installation of a new boiler went very well 5 years ago😊. Future calls have not gone as smoothly. Waited 2 weeks for a return call for a quote on a new bathroom so went ahead and used another professional who could quote immediately. A routine boiler service from Z2 a couple of years ago left me calling out Worcester Bosch engineers under our guarantee policy for a bad leak. It turned out the boiler service had not been done correctly and a connection not fitted together which caused a leak through our lounge ceiling. I am currently waiting for someone from Z2 to ring me regarding a thermostat query but have lost faith now and will move on. Such a shame I've had a bad experience 🙁Thursday 12th November 2020
Aaron J2 StarSadly I have lost all faith in them. I used them a year or so ago to service my boiler in my old house and they were absolutely fantastic.
Fast forward to now, I booked an appointment for Tuesday 8th September and I got a phone call the day before and we agreed to reschedule for Saturday 12th September at 0900 because I had used them before I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Saturday 12th September I was sat waiting "0905 no engineer, 0920 no engineer" At 0930 I left the house and told my wife to politely refuse entry as I've been waiting around all morning. At 0945 they finally turned up, don't say your appointment is at 0900 if you can't get their on time. why not say its going to be between 0900 - 1200.
I got messed around once fair enough things happen but then the second time the engineer which I was told it was the director coming to do the estimate cant get out of bed on a Saturday and offers no explanation as to why he is late is a lost cause.
I needed around 10 new radiators, new boiler and I wanted a service plan but Its good to see their doing really well with cash flow that they don't need my custom.
I honestly hyped this business up and told all my friends and family about them and i thought they seemed well priced with a professional standard but I have no sympathy for people who cant make a simple timing or offer a phone call "sorry i'm really behind i got caught up pricing another job" i'm even thinking of the lies for you which would be a plausible excuse.Saturday 12th September 2020
